Pink Fame is operated by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: hello@pinkfame.art.

When you connect an Instagram or TikTok account inside Pink Fame, the platform sends us an OAuth access token and your account identifier (your username or display name). The access token is delivered back to the Pink Fame iOS app and stored on your device in the iOS Keychain. Your account identifier is stored in our app database so we can show you which account is connected.

We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, IDFA, telemetry, analytics, or any of your social media posts beyond what you write inside Pink Fame and ask us to publish.

Pink Fame communicates with the Meta Graph API on your behalf to publish to Instagram, and with the TikTok Display API and Content Posting API to publish to TikTok. When you tap Publish in the Pink Fame app, the post text and media URL are sent through pinkfame.art to Meta and TikTok using the tokens you authorized.

When you publish immediately, your access token stays in the iOS Keychain on your device and our server does not keep it: it is used for that one publish call and discarded.

Scheduling is different, because the post has to go out when your phone may be off. The first time you schedule a post for an account, we store that account's access token and refresh token on our server so we can publish at the time you chose, and we refresh them before they expire. We also store the media for that scheduled post until it is published, because TikTok and Instagram fetch it from us at post time. Disconnecting the account in Settings cancels every scheduled post for it and deletes the stored tokens immediately.

Account identifiers (usernames) live in Pink Fame's database so you can see which accounts are connected. Media for an immediate publish is held only for the few minutes the handoff takes.

You can disconnect any account at any time inside the Pink Fame app. Disconnecting deletes the token from your device, deletes any copy held on our server, and cancels every scheduled post for that account. For TikTok it also withdraws Pink Fame's authorization with TikTok, so the app no longer appears under Manage app permissions. Instagram does not offer that, so to withdraw Instagram access remove Pink Fame in Instagram's own app settings.

For all other privacy requests - access, correction, or deletion - email hello@pinkfame.art. We respond within 30 days.

To delete the data Pink Fame holds about you, disconnect each account inside the app (Settings - Connected accounts - Disconnect). This removes the access token from your device, deletes any copy held on our server for scheduling, cancels every scheduled post for that account, and — for TikTok — withdraws Pink Fame's authorization with TikTok immediately. Instagram access is removed from Instagram's own app settings.

To request full deletion of any remaining account identifiers on our servers, email hello@pinkfame.art with the subject "Delete my data" and the username you connected. We erase all associated records within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also revoke access at any time from your Instagram or TikTok app settings.

Pink Fame is rated 4+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we comply with COPPA. Pink Fame is COPPA-friendly by design: we do not collect device IDs, advertising IDs, or location.

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
